How can I date a silver dessert fork from the Bellevue-Stratford hotel of Philadelphia, PA?

Q. It has Bellevue-Stratford written in a font similar to that of old english text on the front side of the handle from left to right with the tines to the left. International s. co. is on the back neck, with two dots preceeding. I have seen pieces from the hotel silver dating from 1925 and my fork appears to be more modern. I think it might be a dessert fork because it has three tines. Thanks for any help you can provide!

A. I don't think you'll get a very good response to that question here, but you might want to try the Silver Forum - http://www.smpub.com/

Where is a good meeting point at Amsterdam Centraal station?
Q. I'll be meeting up with my friend at the Amsterdam Centraal station, is there a cafe inside or right outside the station we can meet up at or something? Or a specific waiting area in the station?

A. The easiest meeting point is the one called meeting point.
There are signs to it and unlike something like information there no confusion about what and where. There are several information boots as well as the official information.

If you are there during the day you could meet in Ben and Jerries, or in the 1st class restaurant, both on platform 2, but you can also decide to leave the station and meet somewhere in town. I have not done that for a while, so I am not familiar with the names of the pubs and such, but I do know there are some rather close to the station.
On the corner of Martelaarsgracht and Prins Hendrikkade, next to Hotel Bellevue is one. Use Google to find it, send your friends a photo of streetview, as well as the address, so you all know where you want to go.
But have each others phone number in case you can not find each other.

Where do you think is a great area around downtown Cincinnati for an ethnic restaurant?
Q. We just got back from visiting my brother in law who live in Bellevue, Ky. We got to spend some time around Bellevue, Newport and downtown Cincinnati area and we just love it. People are so nice.

We currently live in Miami, FL and we want to get out of here. We have a restaurant business and hope to relocation to the area I mention above.

Anyone have any suggestion for what area is great for a restaurant business?

A. Depends on what kind of place it is, I guess, and what ethnicity. If its somewhat upscale, or its a popular ethnicity, then I'd suggest West Chester or Liberty Township. That is where all the growth is in Cincinnati. They have just built the first new hospitals in Cincinnati in years right off of I75 there, now called the Liberty Medical corridor. Then there is the Streets of West Chester, which is upscale dining and shops, plus a brand new Ikea that just opened in the spring that pulls in people from hundreds of miles away (which is shocking to me, but whatever). Plus, they have started construction on Rt. 63 and I75 of a brand new $150 million dollar outlet mall, and they are building a new exit ramp from I75 to Hamilton Mason Road called "the liberty Interchange". A developer has already announced plans to build a $250 million dollar upscale outdoor "lifestyle" center there, which will include a could of hotels, upscale restaurants, a bowling alley, and lots of shopping. This concept has been super popular elsewhere, and there is no reason to think it wont be there. So add all of that up- new hospitals, new hotels, new outlet malls, new mall, new restaurants, new Ikea- what you get is going to be a huge shopping draw for a whole lot of people. I think now would be a great time to be laying the groundwork to get in.
Now, that being said- Clifton, which is more downtown and is around the University of Cincinnati has a lot of ethnic restaurants, which tend to be well utilized by the UC students and other urban dwellers. If you're place is less upscale and wants to cater to that bore urban and studenty kind of crowd, then I'd suggest Clifton to you as well.
