Q. In the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, are you allowed to just visit the restaurant and bar without booking a room and being a guest at the hotel? Its just because someone who came to Manchester to visit stayed in the Lowry and commented how lovely the food was and thought i might give it a try sometime, but would be extremely embarrassed to get there to be told i cant.
